Everyone commented on how lovely the cards and the place settings were, and they certainly gave a perfect introduction to our day. 

 Even though Louise is now based in New Zealand we found her very attentive to our wishes and the level of service was first class.

We used the bespoke service and although we had to communicate by phone and email it made no difference at all. Lou was wonderful at interpreting our thoughts and we were amazed at the final sample of our invitations – they were perfect!

Louise provided an excellent service. Due to location we did it via email and telephone which was really so easy. The best thing was that Lou will work and work with you until everything is just perfect; she is relentless in her pursuit for providing exactly what you want. We never actually met face to face and, quite frankly, I was amazed at how she took our sketchy ideas and turned them in to reality.

Diligo Bay did a wonderful job of our wedding stationery; Louise is very friendly and a great listener, we were very impressed with the way she interpreted initial thoughts, our final design was absolutely perfect.
